FAQs
How long Projects it usually take?
Depends on job but full bathroom renovation start to finish 14 working days House renovation once again depending scope of work 6-8 weeks at most
How does the payments work?
50% upfront then progress payments split 20%, 20% and final 10% when job is done
Do you do labor only or are materials included ?
Yes we offer a labor only option, or a turnkey solution where we supply all materials we will allocate price ranges for tiles fixtures etc which you can select at our supplier or any other supplier if you don't find what you're looking for, if something exceeds the price range we have provided the difference will be added to invoice
What About Warranties?
we provide a 2 year workmanship warranty all products have their own warranty directly from supplier If waterproofing is required we provide a 10 year product warranty by the qualified applicator
If CoC is required for electrical work we provide a CoC by a qualified electrician
Do you handle the consent process?
We work closely with a design studio who handle the consent process start to finish that includes architectural drawings, application to council and all follow ups need until application has been approved.
Once the application is approved we will execute the work
