How long do house makeover projects usually take?

The duration depends on the scope of the job:

A full bathroom renovation typically takes around 14 working days from start to finish.

For a complete house renovation, the timeline is usually 6-8 weeks, depending on the size and complexity of the project.

How do payments work?

We operate with a structured payment plan:

50% upfront to initiate the project.

Three progress payments: 20%, 20%, and a final 10% upon project completion.

Can I opt for labor-only services, or are materials included?

We offer both options:

Labor Only: If you prefer to handle the materials yourself, we’re happy to work with your selections.

Turnkey Solution: We can provide materials, with a range of allocated price options for items like tiles and fixtures.

You can choose these items from our suppliers or any other you prefer.

If an item exceeds our set price range, we will add the difference to your invoice.

What About Warranties?

 we provide a 2 year workmanship warranty all products have their own warranty directly from supplier If waterproofing is required we provide a 10 year product warranty by the qualified applicator If CoC is required for electrical work we provide a CoC by a qualified electrician

Do you handle the consent process?

We work closely with a design studio who handle the consent process start to finish that includes architectural drawings, application to council and all follow ups need until application has been approved.

Once the application is approved we will execute the work

Do you offer free consultations or quotes?

Yes, we provide free consultations and quotes for all potential projects. During this consultation, we’ll discuss your ideas, budget, and timeline to give you a better understanding of the costs and options available.

Can I make changes to the design during the renovation process?

We understand that sometimes ideas evolve, and we try to accommodate reasonable changes.

However, any major changes after the project begins may impact both the timeline and budget.

We recommend discussing potential adjustments as early as possible.

Do you handle council permits and approvals if needed?

Yes, we can assist with council permits and approvals if your project requires them. Our team is experienced in navigating local regulations, ensuring compliance, and making the process as smooth as possible.

What kind of warranty or guarantee do you provide?

We stand behind the quality of our work. We offer a standard workmanship warranty that covers any issues related to our labor for a specified period after project completion. Material warranties vary based on suppliers, and we can provide more information about these as needed

Are there any types of renovations you don’t do?

We handle a wide range of home renovation projects, from bathrooms and kitchens to entire house remodels. However, for highly specialized jobs (such as structural engineering work), we may partner with specialized contractors to ensure the best results.
